If you are traveling to Fordham's Rose Hill Campus, please allow enough time to arrive, check-in and get settled, before the
first session begins at 4pm. Staff will be available beginning at noon to assist you. To check-in, please proceed to O'Keefe
Commons (located in O'Hare Hall) once you have arrived on campus.
All registered participants are encouraged to check-in prior to the start of the conference in order to receive conference
badges, welcome packets, and other useful conference materials.
In addition, those who have requested accommodations will be issued room keys at that time.
Prior to June 16, registration confirmations will be emailed to all official participants. We encourage you to print this out and
bring it with you. It will greatly help expedite the check-in process, thus ensuring timely entry to the first session.
Parking
Parking is offered free of charge to all registered participants.
Parking application forms will be included in registration confirmation emails, which will be sent to all participants
upon completion of the registration process.
Parking application forms must be returned by May 15, 2009.
We regret that those who do not submit this form will be responsible for parking fees incurred by the garage facilities. Accommodations and Meals
Meals and accommodations will be provided free of charge to all registered participants.
Dinner and cocktails on June 16 will take place in McGinley Center.
All other catered meals will take place in O'Keefe Commons. Breakfast is on your own in the Marketplace, access cards will be provided.
Accommodations are located in O'Hare Hall, and must be arranged for (during the registration process) prior to
arrival on campus.
Room keys will be issued upon arrival (see orientation and check-in, above).
Accommodations include: private rooms with bath, and air conditioning. Connectivity
Internet access will be available to participants who bring laptops. Network passwords will be included in conference
welcome packets (see orientation and check-in, above).
Laptops without wireless capability must bring and utilize an Ethernet cable in order to connect.
Kiosks with internet access are located in various buildings throughout the Rose Hill campus. No password is required.
